Melnik 55
A wine with an intense color and violet reflections, on the nose its scent is enhanced by hints of fresh fruit, cherry with spicy notes that blend with great balance and elegance to those of sweet and vanilla expressed from wood. The taste is enveloping, silky, soft tannins, rich and persistent nish.
The harvest begins at the beginning of October when optimal maturity is reached. The grapes are harvested by hand in cassettes from the vineyards with controlled yield.
Upon reception in the cellar, a double sorting is carried out on sorting tables. Once on the full grapes, and after separating the bunches a second time on the grapes itself. Maceration and fermentation takes place in stainless steel 25 m3 vinifiers at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 10 months take place in French oak barrique barrels of 225l.
After bottling, the wine ages for another 3 months before being released on the market.

Nobile Melnik
Deep ruby color and intense aroma of cherries, berries and vanilla. The body is dense and juicy, a long finish with hints of tobacco and cocoa.
The harvest begins at the beginning of October when optimal technological maturity is reached. The grapes are harvested by hand in cassettes from our own vineyards with a controlled yield - 600 kg/dk. Upon reception in the cellar, a double sorting is carried out on sorting tables - once on the grapes, and after separating the bunches, and on the grape seeds. Maceration and violent fermentation take place in a stainless steel 12.5 m3 vinifier at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months takes place in new French oak barrels of the barrique type 225l. After bottling, the wine ages for another 6 months before being released on the market.

Aging in bottle: up to 15 years
Decanting is recommended. The wine is unfiltered and the appearance of a noble sediment is possible.
Melnik Prime
An elegant, fine, rounded and velvety wine with perfectly preserved fruity sweetness and freshness. Impressive and long lasting!
The grapes are picked from 15-year-old vineyards near the mill village of General Todorov.
Melnik Prime was selected from a single massif of 4 ha near the Struma River. The soils are mostly volcanic with a rich clay content, slightly stony.
The grape harvest begins mid September when optimal maturity is reached. The grapes are harvested by hand in cassettes from vineyards with a controlled yield. Just like with Melnik 55 a double sorting is carried out.
Maceration and fermentation take place in a stainless steel 12.5 m3 vinifier at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months take place in new French oak barrels of the barrique type with a 225l content. After bottling, the wine ages for another 6 months before being released on the market.

Nobile Rubin
Deep ruby color and explosive aroma of blackberries, black cherries, prunes, dried figs, dark chocolate and hints of tobacco. A dense body with a fruity taste and a long complex finish.

Bijoux
Golden yellow color with green undertones. Aroma of green apple, tropical fruits, minerals. The finish of this "wine treasure" is elegant, long and memorable.
The harvest begins in mid-September. Like with all Logodaj wines the grapes are hand-harvested during the coolest part of the day and quickly transported to protect them from oxidation. When received in the cellar, they are loaded into a press for a delicate separation of the grape must. The different batches of wines are fermented separately in stainless steel 6 m3 vinifiers, at a controlled temperature of up to 18°C, for 20 days. After blending and bottling, the wine ages for another 3 months before being released on the market.

Nobile Chardonnay
Straw yellow color with beautiful shades of old gold. The aroma is explosive with a rich and complex fruit bouquet, pineapple, citrus, banana, vanilla and toast. Dense, soft, balanced and harmonious body, with a long and memorable finish.
The harvest begins at the end of August when optimal technological maturity is reached. The grapes are hand-harvested in cassettes during the coolest part of the day and quickly transported to protect them from oxidation. When received in the cellar, it is loaded into a press for maceration and subsequent delicate separation of the grape must. Fermentation and aging, using the "battonage" technique, takes place for 6 months in new French and American oak barrels. After bottling, the wine ages for another 3 months before being released on the market.

White Story Dimyat
Pale straw-yellow color with bright clarity. Aromas of white peach and ripe apple. Well-balanced body with flavors echoing the nose. Elegant and fresh finish.
The grapes are harvested from vineyards in Tsonevo Village, Varna Province, Bulgaria, situated at elevations between 130–160 meters above sea level. The soil is gray forest soil, alkaline, rich in clay, calcium, and other minerals.
The wine is made from 100% Dimyat grapes

White Story Varnenski Misket
Light and bright lemon color. Elegant yet expressive on the nose with notes of juicy, ripe peach, banana, and white flowers, jasmine and orange blossom. Notes of orange peel on the palate. Light body with pleasant freshness. Fresh and aromatic, slightly salty finish with a mineral character.
The grapes are harvested from vineyards in Tsonevo Village, Varna Province, Bulgaria, situated at elevations between 130–160 meters above sea level. The soil is gray forest soil, alkaline, rich in clay, calcium, and other minerals. The wine is made from 100% Varnenski Misket.

Rose Story Rybin & Syrah
Delicate rosé color with soft, shimmering reflections. The nose is inviting and vibrant, opening with juicy aromas of ripe raspberries and white cherries, lifted by a fresh citrus note of lemon zest. The palate is light and ethereal, offering a graceful texture that mirrors the fruit character of the nose. A clean, fresh acidity carries the wine to a smooth, fruity finish with subtle mineral undertones.
The grapes for this rosé are sourced from carefully tended vineyards in Tsonevo Village, Varna Province, at altitudes ranging from 130 to 160 meters. The soils here are predominantly gray forest, rich in clay and minerals, which help to shape the wine’s structure and finesse. A blend of Rubin, a uniquely Bulgarian variety and Syrah.
