Made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Stratsin Winery's own vineyards in the Thracian Lowland, SOULMATEs Chardonnay reflects the distinctive character of Bulgaria's Black Sea-influenced terroir. The vineyards benefit from the proximity of the Black Sea, where mild winters, long warm autumns, and cooling day and night breezes create favorable conditions for gradual ripening and the development of fine fruit aromas. The result is an expressive and beautifully balanced Chardonnay combining richness, freshness, and elegance.
