We currently deliver exclusively within Belgium.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or Belgian public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, promotional campaigns, or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

10. Weather & Wine Protection

Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures.

During periods of excessive heat, freezing weather, or severe transport disruption, we may delay dispatch in order to protect product quality.

If this occurs, we will inform you where reasonable.

11. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of goods passes once full payment has been received.

Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.
