1. Introduction
At BulgarianWineHub.be, we aim to provide excellent wines and professional service. If there is an issue with your order, we will always do our best to assist you fairly and promptly.
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through BulgarianWineHub.be and deliveries within Belgium only.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have the legal right under Belgian and EU consumer law to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

3. Conditions for Returns
Returned products must:
- Be unopened
- Remain in their original packaging
- Be unused and undamaged
- Be suitable for resale
- Be returned safely and securely packed
We reserve the right to reduce refunds where returned goods show damage or diminished value beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
4. Exclusions from Return
Returns or refunds may be refused where:
- Bottles have been opened
- Seals are broken
- Products were damaged after delivery
- Labels were removed or altered
- Products were stored improperly after delivery
- Goods are no longer suitable for resale
This does not affect your statutory rights if products were faulty or delivered incorrectly.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the parcel and product
6. Return Procedure

- Wait for return instructions
- Pack the goods securely
- Send them back to the instructed return address
7. Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law.
If goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will handle the matter fairly in accordance with your legal rights.
8. Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are normally processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
9. Non-Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
10. Wine Storage After Delivery
Wine is sensitive to heat, freezing, sunlight, and improper storage.
We are not responsible for deterioration occurring after successful delivery due to storage conditions outside our control.
