Logodaj Winery

Founded in 1994 in the village of Logodaj near Blagoevgrad, Logodaj Winery is dedicated to revealing the distinctive identity of the Struma River Valley. Its vineyards extend across more than 70 hectares near General Todorov, in a warm, Mediterranean-influenced landscape between Melnik and the ancient city of Heraclea Sintica. With a special focus on the local Broad-Leaved Melnik Vine and Early Melnik Vine, also known as Melnik 55, the winery creates expressive wines that capture the warmth, depth, and unmistakable character of Southwestern Bulgaria.

Staro Oryahovo Winery

Founded in 2013, Staro Oryahovo Winery is a small boutique producer working with grapes from its own vineyards in Bulgaria’s northern Black Sea region. The coastal setting brings freshness and aromatic clarity, making it especially well suited to the winery’s expressive white and rosé wines. Alongside international varieties, Staro Oryahovo champions distinctive Bulgarian grapes such as Varnenski & Vrachanski Misket, Tamyanka, and Dimyat. Its wines combine purity, elegance, and lively fruit with the unmistakably fresh character of the Black Sea Coast.

Chateau Copsa

Château Copsa is a family-owned boutique winery in the heart of Bulgaria’s Rose Valley, where ancient Thracian heritage and generations of family tradition meet modern winemaking. Founded in 2006 by Bulgarian oenologists Natalia Gadzheva and Konstantin Stoev, Dragomir Estate Winery was born from a shared ambition to reveal the true potential of Bulgarian wine. Based in Brestnik near Plovdiv, in the heart of the Thracian Valley, the estate combines precise modern winemaking with carefully selected grapes and a deep respect for origin. Its distinctive wines celebrate native varieties such as Mavrud, Rubin, and Dimyat, uniting ancient Thracian heritage with creativity, elegance, and a contemporary Bulgarian identity.

Downtown Urban Winery

Located in Sliven’s historic Klutsohor district, Downtown Urban Winery brings artisanal winemaking into the heart of the city while remaining deeply connected to its vineyard near Nikolaevo. With annual production limited to just 11,000 bottles, every wine is handcrafted from carefully selected, hand-picked grapes with minimal technological intervention. Balancing nature, science, and inherited tradition, the winery creates naturally made, elegant, and modern wines that express the character of each grape variety and the distinctive terroir of the Thracian Valley.

Bendida Winery

Located in Brestovitsa, widely known as Bulgaria’s wine capital, Bendida Winery continues a family winemaking story that began in 1936. Today, father and daughter unite inherited tradition with careful modern craftsmanship, selecting and harvesting their grapes by hand and working with minimal mechanical intervention. Their limited-production wines focus on Mavrud and especially Rubin, which thrives in the region and produces full-bodied, fruit-driven reds. Left unfiltered to preserve their natural character, the finest selections mature in French and American oak.

Stratsin Winery

Established in 2015 near Pomorie, Stratsin Winery belongs to a coastal region with winemaking traditions stretching back to antiquity. Guided by the belief that wine begins in the vineyard, the estate cultivates more than 30 hectares of its own vines, carefully matched to the local conditions. Mild winters, long warm autumns, and refreshing Black Sea breezes encourage balanced ripening and fine fruit aromas. Combining modern cellar technology with close attention to the vineyard, Stratsin creates expressive wines that carry a distinctive sense of place.
