Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Bulgarian Wine Hub” refer to Aylyak, trading as BulgarianWineHub.be.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Business

BulgarianWineHub.be is a specialist Belgian online wine merchant offering carefully selected Bulgarian wines for private customers within Belgium.

We currently deliver exclusively within Belgium.

3. Legal Drinking Age

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages under Belgian law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably suspect underage purchasing or unlawful resale.

4. Products & Availability

We aim to present all wines, descriptions, vintages, images and prices as accurately as possible.

Because wine is an agricultural product:

  • Vintages may change
  • Labels may occasionally differ
  • Availability may change without notice
  • Limited stock items may sell out quickly

If a wine becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with an alternative, refund, or revised delivery option.

5. Pricing

All prices shown on BulgarianWineHub.be are in EUR (€) and include applicable Belgian VAT unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

6. Orders

An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully received and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Unavailable stock
  • Unlawful activity
  • Abusive behaviour

If payment has already been made, any cancelled order will be refunded promptly.

7. Delivery

We deliver only within Belgium.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or force majeure.

Someone of legal age may be required to receive the delivery.

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and notify us promptly of visible transport damage.

8. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of products transfers once full payment has been received and goods have been delivered.

Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery at the stated address.

9. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may have statutory rights under Belgian and EU consumer law.

For unopened and undamaged products, please contact us within the legal withdrawal period if applicable.

Returns involving alcoholic beverages may be limited where:

  • Goods were opened
  • Products were damaged after delivery
  • Goods are unsuitable for resale due to hygiene or quality reasons

10. Product Quality

Wine should be stored properly after delivery.

We are not responsible for deterioration caused by:

  • Improper storage by the customer
  • Excessive heat after delivery
  • Freezing after delivery
  • Delayed collection by the customer

11. Responsible Consumption

We promote moderate and responsible enjoyment of wine. Please consume alcohol responsibly.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content including branding, text, photography, logos and design elements are the property of Aylyak or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

13. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse this website
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Interfere with its operation
  • Use it for unlawful purposes

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed delivery, or misuse of products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Belgian law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Belgium unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
