Made from 100% Rubin, one of Bulgaria's most distinctive red grape varieties, Rubin Enoteca presents a deeper and more mature expression of this indigenous variety. The wine is aged for 12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, adding structure, complexity, and warm spicy nuances while preserving the expressive dark-fruit character of Rubin.
