Pitos Reserve is a prestigious blend of Rubin, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, bringing together two distinctive Bulgarian terroirs. The Rubin originates from vineyards near Belashtitsa at the foot of the Rhodope Mountains, while the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot come from South Sakar. The wine matures for 24 months in French oak barrels, 60% of which are new, followed by a further 24 months of bottle maturation. This extended aging creates exceptional depth, structure, and complexity while allowing the character of the fruit and terroir to develop beautifully.
