Refined and expressive, it develops into a long, noble finish with lingering notes of spice, cocoa and ripe fruit.
Made from 100% Rubin, one of Bulgaria's most distinctive red grape varieties, Pitos Rubin showcases the remarkable depth and aging potential of this crossing between Syrah and Nebbiolo. The wine matures for 18 months in Bulgarian oak barrels, adding structure, complexity and elegant spicy nuances while allowing the rich fruit character of Rubin to remain beautifully expressive. The result is a sophisticated Bulgarian red that combines power with balance, maturity and finesse.
