Made from 100% Dimyat, one of Bulgaria's traditional white grape varieties, Sarva Dimyat offers a fresh and modern interpretation of this historic grape. The grapes originate from vineyards in the Western Thracian Lowland, where warm days and cooler nights help preserve freshness and aromatic character. Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel allows the delicate fruit and floral qualities of Dimyat to remain at the heart of the wine. Limited production of 3000 bottles.
