Pale lemon colour with brilliant clarity and youthful freshness. The nose is intensely aromatic and inviting, revealing expressive notes of rose petals, lime, freshly cut grass, and hints of white peach and grapefruit. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and beautifully balanced, combining floral elegance with refreshing citrus character and lively acidity. A subtle mineral and saline note adds depth and complexity, leading to a long, fresh finish with a pleasantly intriguing bittersweet touch.
The grapes are sourced from vineyards near Tsonevo Village in the Varna region, where mineral rich soils and the influence of the nearby Black Sea help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Made from 100% Tamianka, one of the Balkans most expressive aromatic varieties.
