Crafted from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes grown in the Thracian Lowland, this wine showcases the full potential of the variety in one of Bulgaria's most favorable wine-growing regions. Following cryomaceration to enhance aromatic intensity, fermentation begins in stainless steel and finishes in French oak barrels, where the wine matures for six months with regular bâtonnage.
