On the palate, the wine is full and smooth, combining generous fruit with pronounced minerality and refreshing acidity. A distinctive note of white grapefruit peel adds a pleasant citrus character to the long, fresh finish.
A distinctive blend of Grenache Blanc and Vermentino, sourced from selected vineyards in the Thracian Lowland, Soulmates brings together two Mediterranean varieties particularly well suited to the Black Sea-influenced climate around Pomorie. The proximity of the sea, together with cooling day and night breezes, encourages gradual ripening while helping the grapes retain freshness and develop fine fruit aromas.
The varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel before being blended, with no oak aging. This allows the purity of the fruit, natural freshness, and mineral character to remain at the forefront. The result is an elegant and expressive dry white wine that combines ripe fruit with freshness and a distinctive maritime personality.
