Made from 100% organically certified Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from low-yield vineyards, NAKED is all about purity, authenticity, and minimal intervention. The grapes are harvested at full maturity towards the end of October, while fermentation and maturation take place exclusively in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, without any contact with oak. The result is a clean and expressive Cabernet Sauvignon that showcases the natural fruit and varietal character without distraction. Produced in a limited edition of only 2,000 bottles.
