Produced according to the traditional method from the indigenous Shiroka Melnik vine, this limited edition Reserve showcases a new and exciting expression of Bulgaria's most emblematic grape variety. The grapes originate from 10 year old vineyards near General Todorov, where Mediterranean influences and well drained sandy loam soils contribute to the wine's distinctive character. Fermented and aged for 12 months in oak barrels, followed by five years of bottle maturation on its lees, the wine develops exceptional complexity, elegance, and aging potential.
