Silver Medal - Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2025
Deep ruby-red colour with vivid violet reflections. The nose is elegant and expressive, revealing aromas of ripe cherries, red forest fruits, and subtle spice notes, beautifully complemented by hints of vanilla and sweet oak. On the palate, the wine is rich yet refined, combining vibrant fruit character with silky tannins and remarkable balance. Smooth and enveloping, it unfolds into a long, persistent finish marked by layers of fruit, spice, and delicate oak complexity.
Produced from carefully selected Early Melnik grapes grown in the Thracian Lowlands, this wine showcases the unique character of one of Bulgaria's most distinctive grape varieties. A period of cold maceration enhances aromatic freshness and fruit purity, while 12 months of maturation in French oak barriques add structure, elegance, and depth. The result is a harmonious wine that beautifully balances regional identity with modern winemaking craftsmanship.
