Deep ruby-red colour with vivid violet reflections. The nose is elegant and expressive, revealing aromas of ripe cherries, wild berries, and subtle spices, beautifully intertwined with notes of vanilla, sweet oak, and delicate toast from extended barrel aging. On the palate, the wine is rich and enveloping, offering remarkable balance between concentrated fruit, silky tannins, and refined structure. Complex and harmonious, it finishes long and persistent, leaving lingering notes of spice, dark fruit, and fine oak.
Crafted from Early Melnik Vine, a distinctive Bulgarian variety born from the crossing of Broad-Leaved Melnik and Valdiguié, this wine reflects the unique character of the Struma Valley. Following careful cold maceration to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity, the wine matures for 18 months in French oak barriques, developing exceptional depth, elegance, and complexity.
